高校劳动教育和创新创业教育融合发展路径研究

Exploration on the Path of Integrated Development of Labor Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

新时代高校育人模式改革备受关注。劳动教育和创新创业教育作为高校育人体系重要组成部分,如何高效实施成为当务之急。研究从劳动教育和创新创业教育的内涵入手,分析现状,以创新视角探讨劳动教育与创新创业教育的融合发展理论,并深入研究二者的协同关系。最终,提出树立正确劳创人才培养理念、健全有机劳创融合育人机制、打造系统劳创融合育人课程、建设多方劳创教育育人平台的对策,以此更好地培养适应社会发展需要的高素质、强能力的大学生。

In the new era,the reform of education models in colleges and universities has attracted lots of attention.Labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are important components of the educational system of colleges and universities.How to implement them more efficiently has become a top priority.This article starts from the connotation of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,analyzes the current situation,discusses the integrated development theory of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of innovation,and conducts an in-depth study of the synergistic relationship between the two.Finally,it was proposed to establish a correct labor-creation talent training concept,improve the organic labor-creation integrated education mechanism,create a systematic labor-creation integrated education course,and build a multi-party labor-creation education platform.Through these measures,we can better cultivate high-quality and capable college students who meet the needs of social development.
