Research on Talent Cultivation Curriculum System of“Furong Craftsmen”Based on 1+X Certificate System:Taking Mobile Internet Application Technology Specialty as an Example

在信息技术迅猛发展的当下,高职院校积极寻求人才培养模式的创新与升级。通过对行业需求的深入分析,确定课程体系的框架和核心内容,以及结合1+X证书制度进行课程模块的整合与优化,探讨如何将1+X证书制度与“芙蓉工匠”人才培养理念相结合,构建适应行业需求的高质量课程体系,既为高职院校人才培养模式的创新和升级提供重要参考,又为培养具备实际应用能力与职业素养的优秀人才提供新思路。

With the rapid development of information technology,higher vocational colleges are actively seeking innovation and upgrading of talent cultivation models.Through deep analysis of industry needs,the framework and core content of the curriculum system are determined,and the integration and optimization of course modules are carried out in combination with the 1+X certificate system.This paper explores how to combine the 1+X certificate system with the“Furong craftsmen”talent cultivation concept to construct a high-quality curriculum system that meets the needs of the industry.This not only provides an important reference for the innovation and upgrading of talent cultivation models in higher vocational colleges,but also provides new ideas for cultivating outstanding talents with practical application abilities and professional qualities.
