新时代国家安全教育实践逻辑研究

Exploration of the Practical Logic of National Security Education in the New Era

摘要 有别于传统国家安全教育,新时代国家安全教育具有全新价值需求和新的内在逻辑。为探明其实践逻辑,首先参照国家相关政策要求,从总体国家安全观、复兴新挑战、新发展格局3方面着手,论述了新时代国家安全教育的价值需求;其次,从教学观念、教学模式、教师队伍、教学体系、教学评价5个角度出发,论述了其存在的内在矛盾;最后,研究提出了应从理念、模式、人才、考评4个方面着力,探索形成新时代国家安全教育的实践模式。 Different from traditional national security education,national security education in the new era has new value needs and new internal logic.In order to find out its practical logic,firstly,referring to the relevant national policy requirements,this paper discusses the value needs of national security education in the new era from three aspects:a holistic approach to national security,the new challenges of rejuvenation and the new development pattern.Secondly,from the perspectives of teaching concept,teaching mode,teacher team,teaching system,and teaching evaluation,the inherent contradictions that exist are discussed.Finally,the study proposes that efforts should be made from concept,model,talent,and evaluation to explore the practical mode of national security education in the new era.
