Research on the Position of Librarian in the University Library Space and Its Talent Training

设置专职或兼职空间馆员是图书馆适应新的服务理念及其相应服务模式的积极探索,对于图书馆组织结构优化和馆员职业能力发展具有积极意义。采用网络和实地调研、文献和案例分析的方法调查,获得我国27所“双一流”建设高校图书馆空间服务部门的岗位职责内容,分析中国和美国等有关图书馆空间馆员岗位职责和能力要求的招聘信息发现:图书馆空间馆员职责集中在空间规划与设计;空间设施管理;空间用户管理;空间安全与物业监督。大学图书馆空间馆员能力要求为:具有了解图书馆建筑空间发展的趋势、技术和实践,熟悉虚拟空间,具备公平、包容和多样性服务与合作交流的能力。大学图书馆空间馆员人才培养应该从课程设计、联合培养、岗位设置、在线培训4个维度展开,推动空间管理与服务的专业化发展。

Setting up full-time or part-time space librarians is an active exploration of the library's adaptation to new service concepts and corresponding service models, and it has a positive significance for the optimization of the library's organizational structure and the development of librarians' professional competence. The article investigates the job responsibilities of the space service departments of 27 sample "double firstclass" university libraries in China, and analyzes recruitment information for the job responsibilities and ability requirements of space librarians in related libraries in China and the United States, using the methods of network and field research, literature and case analysis. The research found that the responsibilities of library space librarians are concentrated in space planning and design;space facility management;space user management;space safety and property supervision. The ability requirements of space librarians in university libraries are: to understand the trend, technology and practice of the development of library building space, to be familiar with virtual space, and to have the ability to provide fair, inclusive and diversified services and cooperation. The training of space librarians in university libraries should be carried out from the four dimensions of curriculum design, joint training, post setting and online training to promote the professional development of space management and service.
