高校家校合作教育中的问题及对策

Home-school Cooperative Education in Colleges and Universities:Problems and Solutions

家校合作是一种有效的教育手段。高校家校合作有利于助力学生成才,有利于促进学校发展,有利于推动家庭教育。然而,当前高校家校合作教育存在高校不重视、家长不参与、学生主体缺失等实际问题,其主要原因有学校缺乏有效合作的工作机制、家长缺乏参与合作的理念、学生不愿担当合作的桥梁与纽带。基于此,高校家校合作教育应契合学校的培养目标,避免家长的过度参与,尊重学生的主体地位,才能有效提升大学生的综合素质,促进全面发展。

Home-school cooperation is an effective means of education and the inevitable trend of the reform and development of higher education.Home-school cooperation in colleges and universities is conducive to helping students become talents,promoting school development,and promoting family education.However,because of the institutions’ineffective cooperation mechanism,the parents’defective concept of cooperation,and the students’unwillingness acting as the bridge and link.there are some practical problems in the current home-school cooperative education in colleges and universities,such as the lack of attention from colleges and universities,the inadequate parents’participation,and the deficiency of students’main body.accordingly,the home-school cooperative education in colleges and universities should conform to the training objectives of the school,avoid the excessive participation of parents,and respect the main position of students,so as to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of college students and promote their all-round development.
