自升式风电安装船多孔式固桩架建造变形控制技术

摘要 文中以某风电安装船项目为背景,对固桩架的建造进行了研究,针对固桩架的结构特性研发出多孔式固桩架焊接变形控制的关键技术,有效控制了焊接变形,加快了建造效率,减少了人工投入,为后续建造同类产品提供新的思路。 In this paper,based on a wind power installation ship project,the construction of pile-fixing frame is studied,and the key technology of welding deformation control of porous pile-fixing frame is put forward based on the structural characteristics of pile-fixing frame,which effectively controls welding deformation,improves construction efficiency,reduces labor input,and provides a new idea for the subsequent research and development of similar products.
