间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓在孕早期人工流产中的应用效果

Effects of Phloroglucinol Combined with Diclofenac Sodium Suppository on Induced Abortion in Early Pregnancy

目的探讨间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓在孕早期人工流产中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月—2023年12月我院妇产科行孕早期人工流产176例孕妇进行研究。分组方法选择随机数字表法,分成两组,各88例。对照组:双氯芬酸钠栓辅助干预。观察组:间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓辅助干预。观察对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛效果、Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分、扩宫效果(宫口松弛度)、并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间较短,术中出血量较少(P<0.05);观察组镇痛VAS评分、并发症发生率相比对照组较低(P<0.05);观察组术后Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分、扩宫效果(宫口松弛度)总有效率相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓在孕早期人工流产中应用能够缩短孕妇的手术时间,减少术中出血量,镇痛效果明显,舒适度较高,且宫颈软化效果较好,孕妇术后人工流产综合征等并发症发生率较低。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the combination of phloroglucinol and diclofenac sodium suppositories in induced abortion during first pregnancy.Methods A study was conducted on 176 pregnant women who underwent first pregnancy induced abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.The grouping method was chosen as the random number table method,with 88 cases in each of the two groups.Control group:diclofenac sodium suppositories.Observation group:phloroglucinol and diclofenac sodium suppository.Observation and comparison of operation time,intraoperative bleeding,analgesic effect,Kolcaba Comfort Scale score,dilatation effect(uterine opening relaxation),and complications in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05);the analgesic VAS score and complication rate of the observation group were lower compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);and the postoperative Kolcaba Comfort Condition Scale score and total effective rate of the dilatation effect(uterine stomal relaxation)of the observation group were higher compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of the combination of phloroglucinol and diclofenac sodium suppository in induced abortion for first pregnancy is relatively significant,which can shorten the surgical time of pregnant women,reduce intraoperative bleeding,have obvious analgesic effect,good comfort,and good cervical softening effect.The incidence of complications such as postoperative induced abortion syndrome in pregnant women is low.
