摘要
目的了解全科医学培训基地师资队伍现状及师资对自我教学能力的评价,分析影响全科师资教学能力的相关因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,在福建省内选取5家地市级医院的全科医学培训基地进行电子问卷调查;采用SPSS 22.0对问卷数据进行分析。结果全科基地师资质量总体有待提高,全科基地师资的教学与临床工作有待平衡。其中职称、从事教学工作时长、教学意愿以及是否参加相关培训的在教学能力方面组间差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同性别、年龄和最高学历的组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论全科医学培训基地师资队伍建设面临挑战,要进一步从加强医院支持力度,提升师资教学与科研水平,平衡师资临床与教学工作,从各方面提升全科师资教学能力。
Objective To understand the current situation of teachers in general practice training base and teachers'evaluation of self-teaching ability,and analyze the related factors affecting the teaching ability of general practice teachers.Methods An electronic questionnaire survey was conducted in 5 general practice training bases of prefecture-level hospitals in Fujian province by convenient sampling method.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the questionnaire data.Results The overall quality of teachers in the whole subject base should be improved,and the teaching and clinical work should be balanced.Among them,there were statistically significant differences in teaching ability between groups in terms of job title,teaching working time,teaching intention and whether to participate in relevant training(all P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences between groups in terms of gender,age and highest education(all P>0.05).Conclusions The construction of the teaching staff of the general practice training base is facing challenges.It is necessary to strengthen the support of the hospital,improve the teaching and scientific research level of the teachers,balance the clinical and teaching work of the teachers,and improve the teaching ability of the general practice teachers from all aspects.
