微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务对甲状腺癌患者术后康复锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响

The Effects of Extended Nursing Services Under the WeChat Mobile App Platform on Postoperative Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance and Quality of Life in Thyroid Cancer Patients

目的探究甲状腺癌患者术后使用微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务的效果。方法选取该院2023年1月至2023年6月收治的90例甲状腺癌患者,随机分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理。对比两组患者心理弹性、生活质量、希望水平、康复锻炼的依从性。结果护理后,观察组心理弹性(自强、坚韧、乐观)、希望水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组生活质量(身体活动、情感情况、其他情况)优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复锻炼依从性97.78%高于对照组82.22%(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌患者术后予以微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务,有助于提高患者心理弹性、希望水平与康复锻炼依从性,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of extended nursing services for postoperative thyroid cancer patients using the WeChat mobile app platform.Methods A total of 90 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups:the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45).The control group received routine care,while the observation group received extended care under the WeChat mobile app platform.Compare the psychological resilience,quality of life,level of hope,and compliance between two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological resilience(self~improvement,resilience,optimism)and hope level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life(physical activity,emotional status,and other conditions)of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was 97.78%higher than that in the control group,which was 82.22%(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing extended nursing services under the WeChat mobile app platform to thyroid cancer patients after surgery can help improve their psychological resilience,hope level,and rehabilitation exercise compliance,improve their prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
