个体化护理对儿童预防接种的干预效果

The Effects of Personalized Nursing in Children's Vaccination

目的探讨儿童预防接种过程中应用个体化护理干预对儿童接种配合度及不良反应发生率的影响。方法纳入我院2021年1月至2021年12月和2022年1月至2022年12月两个阶段各100例预防接种儿童作为研究对象,前一阶段行常规护理干预(对照组),后一阶段在常规护理基础上行个体化护理干预(研究组),观察两组儿童接种配合度、不良反应发生率,及两组儿童家长对护理满意度,比较两组护理质量。结果研究组儿童接种配合度较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组儿童家长对护理的满意度较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论儿童预防接种过程中应用个体化护理干预效果显著,更好提升儿童接种配合度,减少不良反应风险,儿童更易接受,且提升护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of personalized nursing intervention on children's vaccination cooperation and the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods A total of 100 children vaccinated in each of the two stages from January to December 2021 and from January to December 2022 in our hospital were included as research objects.Routine nursing intervention(control group)was administered in the first stage,and personalized nursing intervention(study group)was administered based on the control group in the second stage,and the vaccination cooperation of children in the two groups was observed.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was analyzed,the nursing satisfaction of the parents in the two groups was evaluated by self-made scale,and the nursing quality of the two groups was compared.Results The vaccination cooperation of children in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The individualized nursing intervention during child vaccination can better improve the cooperation of children's vaccination,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,make children more acceptable,and improve the quality of care.
