基于FMECA的压气站阀门及执行机构可靠性分析及维护

摘要 为更好地保障长距离输气系统的安全运行,有效辨识出系统可能产生的失效模式、原因及其可能导致的影响,将故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)应用于压气站中关键阀门及执行机构的风险分析及优化中。首先通过结合危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)报告和关键联锁阀门台账制订FMECA分析的典型样板,筛选需重点关注的可维护部件;然后对数据进行预处理,并编制风险矩阵,在此基础上进行FMECA和风险评估;最后优化现有阀门的维护检修、运行操作及管理策略。分析后给出了关键部件的失效模式和建议措施清单,保障了控制阀门更加安全、高效、稳定的运行,有助于持续提升系统的可靠性。 In order to better ensure the safe operation of long-distance gas transmission systems and effectively identify the possible modes and causes of the system failures and their possible impacts,this paper applied Failure Mode,Effect and Hazard Analysis(FMECA)to the risk analysis and optimization of key valves and actuators in pressurized gas stations.It first developed a typical template for FMECA analysis by combining the Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)report and the key interlocking valve ledger,and selected the maintainable components that deserve special attention.Then it preprocessed the data and developed a risk matrix,and conducted FMECA and risk assessment accordingly.Finally,it optimized the maintenance,operation and management strategies of the existing valves.Through analysis,a list of failure modes of key components and the recommended measures was given,which ensures safer,more efficient and stable operation of control valves and continuously improves the reliability of the system.
