摘要
为实现油田公司控投降本目标,在维修费领域开展项目成本控制精细化管理工作,通过梳理维修费管理体系,建立标准化管控流程,以信息化手段创新管理方式,将有冀东油田特色的标准化、模块化研发方法同地面建设工程及设备维修项目的立项审批、结算审核、挂账管控相结合,研发了一体化管理平台即维修费项目成本管控系统。该系统应用以来显著提升了维修项目管控效能,推动了油田公司转型升级过程中维修成本费用的数字化管理与全过程管控。
With a view to investment control and cost reduction of the oilfield company,the company adopts fine management of enterprise cost control in maintenance costs.By sorting out the maintenance cost management system,establishing standardized control process,and innovating management methods by means of information technology,the integrated management platform,namely the maintenance cost project cost control system,has been developed,via the combined use of the standardized and modular research&development methods and the approval,settlement review and control of ground construction and equipment maintenance projects.Since its application,this system has significantly improved the efficiency of maintenance project control,and promoted the digital management and whole-process control of maintenance costs during the transformation and upgrading of oil field companies.
