穴位按摩联合呼吸训练在肝脏MRI动态增强检查患者中的应用效果

Application of acupoint massage combined with respiratory training in patients with dynamic enhanced liver mri examination

目的:探讨穴位按摩联合呼吸训练在肝脏磁共振成像(MRI)动态增强检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月在广西壮族自治区南溪山医院行肝脏MRI增强检查的82例患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加穴位按摩联合呼吸训练进行干预。比较两组患者检查完成时间、负性情绪及检查完成后图像质量情况。结果:观察组检查完成时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查完成后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组检查图像质量合格率(100.00%)高于对照组(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肝脏MRI增强检查患者中应用穴位按摩联合呼吸训练,能有效缩短检查完成时间,缓解患者负性情绪,提高检查的图像质量。

Objective Investigating the application effect of acupressure combined with breathing training in patients undergoing dynamic contrast-enhanced liver magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent liver MRI enhancement in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group by simple random number method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received additional intervention with acupressure combined with breathing training on the basis of routine care.The examination completion time,negative emotions,and post-examination image quality were compared between the two groups.Results The examination completion time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the examination,the SelfRating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score was also lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The image quality qualification rate in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(90.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying acupoint massage combined with breathing training in patients undergoing liver MRI enhancement examination can effectively shorten the completion time of examination,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the image quality of examination.
