摘要
目的:探讨小型猪心冠状动脉血管网的解剖结构,为模拟人心冠状动脉相关疾病动物实验提供形态学基础数据。方法:运用血管铸型技术、包埋技术及三维重建技术,对11只小型猪心脏进行环氧树脂混合液—氧化铅填充剂灌注以制作冠状动脉铸型,并基于此铸型标本利用Mimics软件进行重建其三维数字化模型,最后采用水晶滴胶材料进行包埋保存。结果:铸型标本能够清晰地立体展示小型猪心冠状动脉各级主干分支的走行及分布情况,其三维重建模型与其铸型标本展示相一致,虚拟空间立体感强,可以直观显示虚拟和现实小型猪心冠状动脉的三维状态,包埋前后三维重建模型相同,且包埋模型可以长期保存及方便携带。结论:小型猪心冠状动脉与人心冠状动脉走行及分布情况相似度较高,对构建模拟研究人心肌缺血、梗死病变部位等疾病研究提供了较好理论仿真平台和实践工具。
Objective:To investigate the anatomical structure of coronary artery network in miniature pigs,and to provide morphological basic data for animal experiments simulating human coronary artery related diseases.Methods:Using vascular casting technology,embedding technology and three-dimensional reconstruction technology,11 miniature pig hearts were perfused with epoxy resin mixture lead oxide filler to make coronary artery casting.Based on this casting specimen,the three-dimensional digital model was reconstructed by Mimics software,and finally embedded and preserved with crystal glue dropping material.Results:The cast specimen can clearly and stereoscopically display the course and distribution of the main branches at all levels of the heart and coronary artery of the miniature pig.Its three-dimensional reconstruction model is consistent with that of the cast specimen.It has a strong three-dimensional sense of virtual space,and can visually display the three-dimensional state of the virtual and real heart and coronary artery of the miniature pig.The three-dimensional reconstruction model before and after embedding is the same,the embedded model can be preserved for a long time and easy to carry.Conclusion:The course and distribution of cardiac coronary artery in miniature pigs and human coronary artery are very similar,which provides a better theoretical simulation platform and practical tool for the construction of simulation research on human myocardial ischemia,infarct lesion location and other diseases.
