漳州东屿天后宫妈祖信俗初探

An Initial Exploration of Mazu Belief and Customs in Dongyu,Zhangzhou

坐落于漳州城东一隅的龙文区东屿村,至今流传着其独特的妈祖信仰文化,东屿妈祖信俗是漳州妈祖信俗的重要组成部分。随着城市化进程的加快以及人口的外流,东屿村的东屿天后宫这座角头古庙时刻面临着冲击与挑战,保护该地宝贵的宫庙文化资源迫在眉睫。采用田野调查、文献研究、个案分析等方法对漳州东屿妈祖信仰缘起、信仰特征进行系统梳理,描述东屿天后宫文化保护现状及发展,探讨类似城中村小庙的未来发展问题。

Situated in a corner of Longwen District,Zhangzhou City,Dongyu Village preserves a unique Mazu belief culture that remains vibrant to this day.The Mazu customs in Dongyu are an integral part of Mazu beliefs in Zhangzhou.With the accelerated process of urbanization and population outflow,Dongyu Village's Dongyu Tianhou Temple,an ancient temple at the village center,constantly faces challenges and impacts.The urgency to protect this precious cultural resource is evident.This study systematically examines the origin and characteristics of Mazu belief in Dongyu,Zhangzhou,using methods such as field surveys,literature review,and case analysis.It also explores the current status and development of cultural preservation in Dongyu Tianhou Temple,discussing the question about the future development of small temples in similar urban villages.
