摘要
为解决校企双主体育人难以真正落地、学校教学内容和企业实际需求脱节、学校职前人才培养和企业职后员工培训的衔接不畅等难题,校企双方应共建产业学院,坚持职前学校教育和职后员工培训共进并举,在学生培养和员工培训过程中互促互动、共享资源。建立“互促互动”的校企运行机制,构建“分层分类”的精准人才培养路径,学校和企业互融共生,双双得以长足发展,可以真正构建校企命运共同体。
In order to solve the problems of difficult implementation of sports personnel for both schools and enterprises,disconnection between school teaching content and actual needs of enterprises,and poor connection between pre service talent training and post service employee training,both schools and enterprises should jointly build industrial colleges,adhere to the joint development of pre service school education and post service employee training,promote interaction and share resources in the process of student and employee training.Establishing a school enterprise operation mechanism of"mutual promotion and interaction",constructing a precise talent cultivation path of"hierarchical classification",integrating and coexisting schools and enterprises,and enabling both to achieve significant development,can truly build a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises.
