边疆少数民族地区干部学院师资队伍建设的思考——以内蒙古敖汉干部学院为例

摘要 边疆少数民族地区以高质量的干部教育培训工作助推经济社会高质量发展,是新时代民族地区干部教育培训工作的核心和关键。民族地区干部教育培训工作涉及众多领域,应有诸多对策与路径,但基础性、关键性的一项内容应该是师资队伍建设。文章以内蒙古敖汉干部学院(以下简称“敖汉干部学院”)为例,对敖汉干部学院现有专兼职教师、讲解员及班主任等师资力量的专业学历、年龄结构、职称层次进行详细论述,理性分析敖汉干部学院师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并对其如何建设高质量师资队伍提出相应的对策和建议。 The high-quality education and training of cadres in border ethnic minority areas is the core and key to promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era.The education and training of cadres in ethnic areas involves many fields,and there should be many strategies and paths.However,a fundamental and crucial aspect should be the construction of the teaching staff.The article takes Inner Mongolia Aohan cadre college(hereinafter referred to as"Aohan cadre college")as an example to discuss in detail the professional qualifications,age structure,and professional title levels of the existing full-time and part-time teachers,interpreters,and homeroom teachers in Aohan cadre college.It rationally analyzes the problems in the construction of the teaching staff in Aohan cadre college and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to build a high-quality teaching staff.
