基于校企深度融合的高校软件工程专业实践教学体系构建探研

摘要 当前,软件工程专业毕业生普遍存在着实践动手能力弱、协同沟通能力差、缺乏创新能力等问题。而深化产教融合、构建和落实符合市场人才需求的软件工程实践教学体系,是培养具备解决复杂工程问题能力、团队协作能力、创新能力的高素质软件工程应用人才的有效途径。重庆财经学院与企业建立深度合作关系,在工程教育专业认证背景下,校企共建专业实践教学体系、课程教学资源、师资团队、实践教学平台等,经过三年的实践,效果显著。 Currently,graduates majoring in software engineering generally face problems such as weak practical skills,poor collaborative communication skills,and lack of innovation ability.Deepening the integration of industry and education,constructing and implementing a software engineering practical teaching system that meets the needs of market talents,is an effective way to cultivate high-quality software engineering application talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems,team collaboration,and innovation.Chongqing University of Finance and Economics has established a deep cooperative relationship with enterprises.Under the background of engineering education professional certification,the school and enterprises jointly build a professional practical teaching system,course teaching resources,teaching staff team,practical teaching platform,etc.After three years of practice,the effect is significant.
