基于校企深度融合的高校软件工程专业实践教学体系构建探研

当前,软件工程专业毕业生普遍存在着实践动手能力弱、协同沟通能力差、缺乏创新能力等问题。而深化产教融合、构建和落实符合市场人才需求的软件工程实践教学体系,是培养具备解决复杂工程问题能力、团队协作能力、创新能力的高素质软件工程应用人才的有效途径。重庆财经学院与企业建立深度合作关系,在工程教育专业认证背景下,校企共建专业实践教学体系、课程教学资源、师资团队、实践教学平台等,经过三年的实践,效果显著。
