共抑制受体T细胞免疫球蛋白和免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序结构域免疫抑制机制的研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生、发展与免疫检查点受体有紧密联系,肿瘤细胞可以通过激活免疫检查点来逃避免疫监视。T细胞免疫球蛋白和免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序结构域(TIGIT)是一种在免疫细胞上表达的抑制性受体。TIGIT可以通过多种机制抑制T细胞和天然杀伤(NK)细胞等免疫细胞的功能,使肿瘤细胞逃避免疫系统的监视,本文将对TIGIT的免疫抑制机制研究进展进行系统综述。 The occurrence and development of malignant tumors are closely related to immune checkpoint receptors,and tumor cells can evade immune surveillance by activating the immune checkpoint pathway.T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain(TIGIT)is an inhibitory receptor expressed on lymphocytes,which can inhibit the function of natural killer cells(NK)and T cells through a variety of mechanisms,making tumor cells escape from the survellance of the immune system.This article made a systematic review on the research progress of the immunosuppressive mechanism of TIGIT,and reviewed the research progress of the immunosuppressive mechanism of TIGIT.
