microRNA在冠心病中的研究进展

摘要 冠心病具有高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点,也因此被称为人类健康的“头号杀手”,然而冠心病的管理和及时诊断仍然是主要难题。近来研究表明,microRNAs参与调节冠脉内皮细胞、脂质代谢、血管平滑肌细胞、炎症反应等各阶段的病理生理过程,并揭示了有前景的诊断及治疗策略,microRNA功能的调节可能被应用于临床。本文就microRNA在冠心病中的研究进展作一综述。 Coronary heart disease(CHD)is characterized by high morbidity,disability and mortality,and is therefore known as the“No.1 killer”of human health.However,the management and timely diagnosis of CHD remains a major problem.Recent researches have suggested that microRNAs are involved in the regulation of various stages of coronary endothelial cells,lipid metabolism,vascular smooth muscle cells,inflammatory response and other pathophysiological processes,and has revealed promising diagnostic and therapeutic strategies through which the regulation of microRNA function may be applied clinically.The present article makes a review on research progress of microRNA in CHD.
