CeRNA网络在糖尿病肾病发病中的作用及其中医药调控机制研究

摘要 糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病的微血管并发症之一,其发病率正在逐年攀升,而有关肾脏损伤发病机制的研究虽已逐渐深入,但尚未完全阐明。竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)假说作为一种全新的基因表达调控模式,其机制是不同RNA之间的互作关系。作为ceRNA的环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)、长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)、假基因等分子吸附微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA),参与转录后基因表达的调控。近来研究表明,ceRNA调控网络在糖尿病肾病发生发展进程中起重要作用,而中药及其有效成分在治疗糖尿病肾病方面亦有显著优势,因此,文章将就ceRNA网络参与糖尿病肾病的发病机制及其中医药调控作用进行综述,进而为糖尿病肾病的诊断和治疗提供新的研究方向。 The incidence of diabetic kidney disease,one of the microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus,is increasing year by year.Although the studies on the pathogenesis of renal injury has gradually advanced,it has not been fully elucidated.The competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA)hypothesis,as a novel model of gene expression regulation,is based on the mechanism of interactions among different RNAs.Molecules such as circular RNA(circRNA),long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)and pseudogene adsorb microRNA(miRNA)as ceRNAs are involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression.Recent studies have shown that ceRNA regulatory network plays an important role in the development of diabetic kidney disease,and Chinese medicine and its active ingredients have significant advantages in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Therefore,this paper reviewed the involvement of the ceRNA network in the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease and its regulatory role in traditional Chinese medicine,and provided new research directions for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
