宣肺健脾补气汤治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Xuanfei Jianpi Buqi Decoction(宣肺健脾补气汤)in Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections

目的观察宣肺健脾补气汤治疗反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)患儿的临床疗效及对临床证候评分、免疫功能及血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月医院收治的RRTIs患儿100例,以随机数字表法将患儿分为中医组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,中医组则在其基础上予以宣肺健脾补气汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床证候评分、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)]及血清炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果与对照组相比,经过治疗后中医组临床疗效的总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05),且中医组面色、饮食、出汗及大便各临床证候评分均显著减少(P<0.05)。同时经过治疗后,两组患儿的IgA、IgG、IgM、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平均升高,且中医组水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿CRP、TNF-α及lL-6水平均降低,且中医组患儿的水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺健脾补气汤治疗RRTIs患儿的临床疗效确切,可缓解相关临床症状,且能显著改善患儿免疫功能并降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Jianpi Buqi Decoction(宣肺健脾补气汤)in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTIs)and the influence on clinical syndrome scores,immune function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 children with RRTIs admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into TCM group and control group by random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and those in the TCM group were treated with Xuanfei Jianpi Buqi Decoction on this basis.The clinical effects,clinical syndrome scores,immune function[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)]and serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical response rate in the TCM group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical syndrome scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the two groups were increased,and the levels in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,TNF-αand lL-6 were decreased,and the levels in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Jianpi Buqi Decoction is effective in the treatment of children with RRTIs,which can relieve related the clinical symptoms,significantly improve the children's immune function and lower the levels of inflammatory factors.
