摘要
目的探讨中药片型(片段丝块)的广义与狭义,规范中药“产地加工”与“产地鲜切”的含义、片型与片形。方法以《中华人民共和国药典》所载“64种中药产地鲜切品种”的片型为例进行统计与分类,对其中25种“产地鲜切”品种提出质疑。结果中药“产地加工”即粗加工(《中华人民共和国药典》规定部分切片净制后入药,如“山药片”),绝大多数还需要【炮制】切制;而“产地鲜切”与【炮制】切制的片型与片形要求又有区别,由此导致整个中药产业链上的操作者与执法者对《中华人民共和国药典》某些中药的片型与片形厚度的规定产生误解,把本为“产地加工”的大片、长段、大块等当成“产地鲜切”的品种而不再【炮制】切制入药。结论当前中药“产地鲜切”盛行,原本只能“产地加工”的而进行了“产地鲜切”,导致中药饮片的整体质量下降。因此,如何规范是当今执法部门亟需解决的问题之一,从而保障“产地加工”与“产地鲜切”的健康有序发展。建议规范中药“产地加工”与“产地鲜切”的含义与要求,并在《中国药典》的凡例或附录(或指导原则)加以明确。
Objective To discuss the broad and narrow meanings of Chinese medicine tablet type(fragment silk block)and standardize the meaning of“origin processing”and“origin fresh-cutting”,tablet type and tablet shape.Methods Chinese Pharmacopoeia contains“64 kinds of freshly cut varieties of Chinese medicine”as an example of statistical and classification,and 25 kinds of“freshly cut varieties of Chinese medicine”were questioned.Results Chinese medicine“origin processing”that is rough processing(Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that some of the slices are to be used as medicine after purification,such as“yam slices”),the vast majority of them also need to processing cut.And there is a difference between“freshly cut by origin”and processing cut slice type and slice shape requirements.As a result,operators and law enforcers in the entire Chinese medicine industry chain misunderstood the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia regarding the type and thickness of certain Chinese medicine slices,treating large slices,long sections and chunks that were originally“processed at origin”as“freshly cut at origin”species and directly entering the medicine,and no longer processing cut into medicine.Conclusion The current prevalence of“origin fresh-cutting”of Chinese medicine,which can only be“origin processed”has led to a decline in the overall quality of Chinese medicine pieces.Therefore,how to regulate is today's law enforcement departments urgently need to solve one of the problems,so as to protect the“origin processing”and“origin fresh cutting”of the healthy and orderly development.It is proposed to standardize the meaning and requirements of“origin processing”and“origin fresh-cutting”of Chinese medicine and clarify them in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,either in the general provisions or in the appendix(or in the guidelines).
