巴林特小组活动模式的刻意训练对新入职儿科护士培训效果评价

摘要 目的探讨基于巴林特小组活动的刻意训练对新入职儿科护士共情能力、自我效能感以及临床沟通能力的影响。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月本院125人新入职儿科护士作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法分为观察组(63名)和对照组(62名)两组。对照组新入职儿科护士予以常规的临床教学,观察组新入职儿科护士在此基础上予以基于巴林特小组活动的刻意训练进行干预,比较两组新入职儿科护士共情能力、自我效能感以及临床沟通能力之间的差异。结果干预后,观察组护士换位思考、情感护理和观点采择评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护士自我效能感的评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护士建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、共同参与、确认病人问题、传递有效信息和验证感受评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新入职儿科护士教学期间采取基于巴林特小组活动的刻意训练干预可有效提升其共情能力、自我效能感以及临床沟通能力,对提升其护理质量有着显著的积极作用。 Objective To explore the influence of deliberate training based on Balint group activities on empathy,self-efficacy and clinical communication ability of newly employed nurses in pediatrics department.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 125 newly employed pediatrics nurses who entered our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 as the research objects.According to the time of enrollment,they were divided into the observation group(n=63)and the control group(n=62).The control group was given routine clinical teaching,and the observation group was intervened by deliberate training based on Balint group activities.The differences in empathy ability,self-efficacy and clinical communication ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of transposition thinking,emotional nursing and opinion selection of newly employed nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of self-efficacy of nurses in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in establishing harmonious relationship,keen listening,joint participation,confirming patients'problems,transmitting effective information and verifying feelings,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The deliberate training intervention based on Balint group activities in training can effectively improve the empathy ability,self-efficacy and clinical communication ability of newly employed pediatric nurses,which has a significant positive effect on improving the quality of nursing.
