大数据技术与人工智能技术的发展,有助于反恐情报的智能收集和分析。因此提出了一种新的基于大数据技术的反恐情报分析框架,该框架分为数据源层、数据预处理、业务知识层、数据分析层和业务应用层等,对其设计原则、数据采集、智能分析和典型用例进行了详细论述。通过信息化手段,将大数据、人工智能进行深层次融合,从“人”“地”“物”“事”等多个维度进行智能分析挖掘,实现对目标网络空间信息态势全面掌控和分析,提升反恐情报的数据汇聚和分析能力。

The development of big data technology and artificial intelligence technology contributes to the intelligent collection and analysis of counter-terrorism intelligence.This paper proposes a new counter-terrorism intelligence analysis framework based on big data technology,which is divided into data resource layer,data preprocessing layer,business knowledge layer,data analysis layer and business application layer,etc.,and discusses in detail its design principles,data collection,intelligent analysis and typical use cases.Through informatization,it integrates big data and artificial intelligence at a deep level,and carries out intelligent analysis and mining from multiple dimensions,such as“who”“where”“what”“what happened”,etc.,so as to achieve comprehensive control and analysis of the information status of the target cyberspace,thus enhancing the data aggregation and analysis ability of counter-terrorism intelligence.
