摘要
为提高船舶生产过程中对船用钢板打磨的生产效率,设计一种自动化装置,用于船舶异形钢板自由边打磨,通过3D相机技术和计算机视觉算法实现高精度的工件外轮廓信息收集和处理。该装置具备多项自动化功能,包括工件抓取、空间定位和双面打磨处理,实现全面自动化操作。研究成果显示,该装置能显著提高生产效率,实现了船舶异形钢板自由边打磨处理工序的全面自动化,提升船舶建造领域的自动化水平,对行业具有重要意义。
In order to improve the production efficiency of marine steel plate grinding in the process of ship production,an automatic device is designed for free edge grinding of ship shaped steel plate,and to collect and process high-precision workpiece contour information through 3D camera technology and computer vision algorithm.The unit has a number of automation functions,including work-piece grabbing,spatial positioning and double-sided grinding processing,for full automation.The research results show that the device can significantly improve the production efficiency,realize the full automation of the free edge grinding process of the ship shaped steel plate,and improve the automation level in the field of ship construction,which is of great significance to the industry.
