Research progress on nonsuicidal self-injury behavior addiction

非自杀性自伤是一个严重的临床问题,由心理、社会和生物学因素交互作用所致,最常发生于青少年及成年早期。心理和社会因素一定程度上指导了自我伤害心理社会干预方法。非自杀性自伤的生物学机制尚不明确,部分患者自伤行为具有成瘾特点,导致纠正和治愈困难。本文就非自杀性自伤行为成瘾的生物学机制、风险因素、共病疾病及治疗措施等研究进展作一综述。

Nonsuicidal self-injury is a serious clinical problem.It is probably caused by the interactions between psychological,social and biological factors,which mostly occurs in adolescents and early adulthood.Psychological and social factors guide psychological and social intervention for self-harm in a certain extent.The biological mechanism of nonsuicidal self-injury is not yet clear,and some patients'self-injury behavior has addictive characteristics which make it difficult to be corrected and be cured.This article provides a certain outlook research progress on the biological mechanisms,risk factors,comorbidities and treatment measures for nonsuicidal self-injury behavior addiction.
