症状性许莫氏结节治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Symptomatic Schmorl's Nodes

目前症状性许莫氏结节(Schmorl's nodes,SNs)的治疗首选服用消炎镇痛药、卧床休息及腰围保护等保守治疗,但对于经正规保守治疗无效的患者,通常可采取手术治疗的方式缓解症状。手术方式主要是脊柱外科治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折(osteoporotic vertebral fracture,OVF)的常见术式:经皮穿刺椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP),两种术式在OVF中效果显著,但在症状性SNs治疗方面仍存在诸多问题,且相关研究甚少。通过对近年来SNs诊治相关文章进行分析,本文综述了SNs的发病机制、诊断及分型及治疗方法,旨在为症状性SNs的治疗提供参考依据。

At present,the first treatment for symptomatic Schmorl's nodes(SNs)is conservative treatment such as antiinflammatory analgesics,bed rest and waist protection.However,for patients who fail to respond to formal conservative treatment,surgical treatment is usually adopted to relieve symptoms.The main surgical methods are spinal surgery in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture(OVF)common surgical methods:percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP),The two surgical methods are effective in OVF,but there are still many problems in the treatment of symptomatic SNs,and there are few relevant studies.Based on the analysis of articles related to the diagnosis and treatment of SNs in recent years,this paper summarizes the pathogenesis,diagnosis,classification and treatment of SNs,aiming at providing reference for the treatment of symptomatic SNs.
