摘要
电子健康素养是描述个体吸收互联网中可靠的健康知识并将其转化为促进自身健康技能的能力。在电子通讯技术如此发达的时代,高校大学生通过手机、电脑等电子设备获取网络信息已经成为常态,目前提升高校大学生的电子健康素养来达到促进其身心健康的目的逐渐成为研究的热点。本文对国内外关于高校大学生电子健康素养的研究侧重点及其影响因素进行归纳总结,旨在为我国学者将电子健康素养更好的应用于促进高校大学生的身心健康提供依据。
The eHealth literacy describes an individual's ability to absorb reliable health knowledge from the internet and transform it into skills to promote their own health.In such a developed era of electronic communication technology,it has become normal for college students to obtain network information through mobile phones,computers and other electronic devices.At present,improving college students'electronic health literacy to promote their physical and mental health has gradually become a research hotspot.This paper summarizes the research focus and influencing factors of eHealth literacy of college students at home and abroad,aiming to provide a basis for Chinese scholars to better apply eHealth literacy to promote the physical and mental health of college students.
