基于计划行为理论的中老年人可穿戴设备使用意愿模型构建

A model of use willingness for wearable devices in middle-aged and elderly people based on theory of planned behavior

目的 基于计划行为理论探讨中老年人对可穿戴设备的使用意愿,为今后的干预措施提供依据。方法 根据计划行为理论基本框架,自行编制问卷,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法选取南京市的中老年人进行问卷调查,应用结构方程模型开展数据分析。结果 共回收有效问卷288份。基于计划行为理论构建的模型可以解释中老年人对可穿戴设备使用意愿方差变异的56.3%。行为态度(路径系数=0.274,P<0.001)、主观规范(路径系数=0.304,P<0.001)和感知行为控制(路径系数=0.361,P<0.001)均对中老年人的可穿戴设备使用意愿有直接正向影响;主观规范(路径系数=0.114,P<0.001)和感知行为控制(路径系数=0.109,P<0.001)可以通过行为态度对使用意愿产生间接正向影响。结论 南京市中老年人对可穿戴设备的使用意愿较高。计划行为理论对中老年人可穿戴设备使用意愿具有较好的解释能力,可实施相关干预方案。

Objective To explore the use willingness for wearable devices in middle-aged and elderly people based on theory of planned behavior,and to provide evidence for future intervention measures.Methods Based on basic framework of theory of planned behavior,a self-designed questionnaire was developed and a multi-stage stratified whole-group sampling method was used to select middle-aged and elderly people in Nanjing to conduct a questionnaire survey.Structural equation modeling method was applied to carry out data analysis.Results A total of 288 valid questionnaires were returned.The model constructed based on theory of planned behavior explained 56.3% of the variance in middle-aged and older adults′ willingness to use wearable devices.Attitudes(path coefficient=0.274,P<0.001),subjective norms(path coefficient=0.304,P<0.001)and perceived behavioral control(path coefficient=0.361,P<0.001)showed direct positive effects on use willingness for wearable devices.Subjective norms(path coefficient=0.114,P<0.001)and perceived behavioral control(path coefficient=0.109,P<0.001)showed indirect positive effect on use willingness through behavioral attitudes.Conclusion The willingness to use wearable devices among middle-aged and elderly people in Nanjing is high.The theory of planned behavior explained the use willingness for wearable devices among middle-aged and elderly people,and the frame is acceptable for implementing an intervention program.
