摘要
为了使得输入串联输出并联(ISOP)型双有源桥DC-DC(DAB)变换器稳定高效地运行,提出一种基于三重移相(TPS)调制的电压均衡控制方案。该方案不仅可以控制输出电压稳定、输入电压均分,而且能够降低变换器电流应力并具有良好动态性能。首先,分析了DAB变换器在TPS下各模态的电流应力与传输功率模型,并通过KKT条件法求得电流应力最优的移相比组合。在此基础上,通过控制中间变量-动态功率,实现系统的输出稳压、输入均压,同时具有良好动态性能。最后,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件平台验证所提方案的正确性。
In order to make the input series output parallel(ISOP)dual active bridge DC-DC(DAB)converter operate stably and efficiently,this paper proposes a voltage balance control scheme based on triple phase shift(TPS)modulation.This scheme can not only control the output voltage stability and input voltage balance,but also reduce the current stress of the converter and have good dynamic performance.Firstly,the current stress and transmission power model of DAB converter under TPS are analyzed,and the optimal phase shift ratio combination of current stress is obtained by KKT condition method.On this basis,by controlling the dynamic power,the output voltage stabilization and input voltage balance of the system are realized,and have good dynamic performance at the same time.Finally,the correctness of the proposed scheme is verified by MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform.
