三元催化剂中铂、钯、铑的回收及提纯工艺

摘要 针对我国贵金属资源稀缺,而汽车尾气净化装置使用的铂族贵金属催化剂失活后若直接废弃会造成资源浪费的问题,本文主要介绍了火法富集及化学提纯方法回收三元催化剂中铂、钯、铑的工艺,并指出该方法适宜三元催化剂中铂族贵金属的回收,具有经济效益高、工艺简单等诸多优势。 Precious metal resources are scarce in China,and the deactivation of platinum group precious metal catalysts used in automotive exhaust purification devices can lead to resource waste if they are directly discarded.This paper mainly introduces the process of pyrometallurgical enrichment and chemical purification to recover platinum,palladium,and rhodium from three-way catalysts.This method is suitable for the recovery of platinum group precious metals in three-way catalysts,and has many advantages such as high economic benefits and simple process.
