摘要
为探究盐碱胁迫对梨果实品质的影响,本文对比分析了黄三角盐碱地和非盐碱土地生长的梨果实品质差异。结果表明,盐碱胁迫显著降低了新梨7号、黄冠、秋月3个梨品种的单果重,提高了梨果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量和总酸含量,但果形指数、硬度、石细胞含量差异不显著。
In order to investigate the effect of salt alkali stress on pear fruit quality,this article compared and analyzed the differences in pear fruit quality between yellow triangle saline alkali land and non saline alkali land.The results showed that ssaline-alkali stress significantly reduced the single fruit weight of three pear varieties,Xinli No.7,Huangguan,and Qiuyue,and increased the soluble solids,soluble sugars,and total acid content of pear fruits.However,there was no significant difference in fruit shape index,hardness,and stone cell content.
