摘要
通过向玻璃配方为(54.73SiO_(2)-14.96B_(2)O_(3)-5.34Na_(2)O-2.66Li_(2)O-4.51Al_(2)O_(3)-8.20CaO-5.33MgO-4.27BaO)的基础玻璃粉末中加入不同质量比的Nd_(2)O_(3),经过高温熔融烧制,随后冷却得到玻璃固化体样品,利用XRD,FTIR,SEM,ICP,DSC等现代分析测试仪器对固化体样品进行分析得到结论为:本玻璃配方对Nd_(2)O_(3)的最大包容量为36%(质量分数),超过溶解度的部分会以氧基磷灰石(Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2))的形式析出,并且Nd_(2)O_(3)的引入会导致玻璃固化体的密度和热稳定性先增大后降低,通过浸出测试得到28d后Ca,Si元素的浸出率始终保持在10-4数量级,Nd元素的浸出率保持在10-7数量级,浸出结果表明玻璃固化体化学稳定性良好。
Theformula is(54.73SiO_(2)-14.96B_(2)O_(3)-5.34Na_(2)O-2.66Li_(2)O-4.51Al_(2)O_(3)-8.20CaO-5.33MgO-4.27BaO)Add Nd_(2)O_(3)with different mass ratio,After melting and firing at high temperature,Subsequently cooling to obtain a glass cured body sample,exploitation XRD,FTIR,SEM,ICP.The analysis of the solidified body samples by DSC and other modern analytical test instruments concluded that the maximum package capacity of Nd_(2)O_(3)in this glass formula is 36%.The portion above solubility precipitated in the form of oxyapatite(Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)).And the introduction of Nd_(2)O_(3)will cause the density and thermal stability of the glass cured body to increase first and then decrease,After 28days,The leaching rate of the Ca,Si elements always remains in the order of 10-4.The leaching rate of Nd elements remains in the order of 10-7,The leaching results show the good chemical stability of the glass-cured body.
