老年人急性巨核细胞白血病合并骨髓纤维化2例

Acute megakaryocytic leukemia complicated with myelofibrosis in elderly patient:report of two cases

摘要 急性巨核细胞白血病(AMKL)是一种罕见的急性白血病,目前尚无统一的治疗方案。常见于儿童,成人少见,大于70岁老年人更罕见,该病常合并骨髓纤维化增加了诊断的难度。本文报道2例老年AMKL合并骨髓纤维化病例,总结其临床特点及诊疗过程,结合相关文献进行复习总结,以期提高对该疾病的认识。
