老龄化对视听言语整合的影响

Aging effect on audiovisual speech integration

摘要 大部分言语行为发生在面对面交流情境中,个体会整合听觉与视觉信息进行言语理解,视听言语整合在社交沟通中发挥着重要作用,而老年人感官机能、神经系统的障碍极大影响了老年人视听言语整合的表现。本文在介绍视听言语整合现象及其神经加工机制的基础上,分析前人对老年人视听言语整合的探索成果,指出未来相关研究需考察的问题,为应对老龄社会语言问题提供参考。 The majority of speech acts take place in face-to-face communication situations,where individuals use bothauditoryandvisualinformation tocomprehendverbal communication.Audiovisual speech integration plays a crucial role in social communication.However,impairments in sensory and neurological functions in older adults can significantly affect their ability to integrate audiovisual speech.This paper aims to introduce the phenomenon of audiovisual speech integration and its neural processing mechanism.It also analyzes the results of previous research on audiovisual speech integration in older adults and highlights the areas that require further investigation.The findings can serve as a reference for addressing language difficulties in an aging society.
