日本胃癌临床研究的发展历程

Development history of clinical study on gastric cancer in Japan

日本的胃癌治疗及其相关临床研究具有历史悠久、科学连续的特点。大部分临床研究由日本临床肿瘤学组(JCOG)基于多学科论证原则组织实施, 这有利于保证研究的连续性, 防止研究方向的误判性并尽可能降低研究资源的浪费。笔者回顾日本胃癌临床研究的发展历程, 探讨日本胃癌学会及JCOG对胃癌临床研究的促进作用, 旨在为同行提供借鉴和分享经验。

The treatment and related clinical research of gastric cancer in Japan have a long history and scientific continuity.Most clinical studies are organized and implemented by the Japan Clinical Oncology Group(JCOG)based on the principle of multidisciplinary argumentation,which helps to ensure the continuity of research,prevent misjudgment of research directions,and minimize the waste of research resources.The author reviews the development history of clinical study on gastric cancer in Japan and explores the promoting role of the Japanese Gastric Cancer Society and JCOG in clinical study on gastric cancer,aiming to provide reference and experience for peers.
