基于声纹检测技术的变压器绕组损坏故障分析

摘要 文章针对变压器运行中绕组故障时的声纹信息,指出故障会引起绕组声纹改变,并用一起变压器绕组故障后的声纹采集案例进行了验证。验证表明,采集变压器的原始声纹信息对变压器绕组健康状态监测十分重要,对于提高变压器绕组故障诊断效率具有重要意义。 This article focuses on the study of noise and voiceprint information in the actual operation of transformers.It is pointed out that winding faults in transformers can cause changes in the voiceprint of transformer windings.A case study of voiceprint collection after a transformer winding fault is used to verify the deformation of the transformer winding.The disassembly verification surface of transformers and the collection of original voiceprint information from the factory are very important for the study of the health status of transformer windings,which can improve the diagnostic efficiency of transformer winding faults.
