以大农业观与大食物观为指导助力多元化食物供给保障体系构建

Building a Diversified Food Supply System Guided by the Greater Agriculture Approach and the Greater Food Approach

鉴于我国食物供求关系出现的新形势与新挑战,习近平总书记提出要树立“大农业观”与“大食物观”,充分利用“两个市场两种资源”,全方面多途径开发食物资源,以满足我国居民日益多元化更加营养健康的食物需求。该文首先梳理了我国食物与农业观的演变历程,阐述了“大农业观”与“大食物观”的内涵,然后总结我国食物供应保障面临的主要挑战,在此基础上,提出了构建多元化食物供应保障体系的思考与建议。

After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in light of the new circumstances and challenges that have emerged in the country's food supply and demand relationship,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that we should establish a"greater agriculture approach"and a"greater food approach",make full use of"both domestic and international markets,and two kinds of resources",and develop food resources through all-round and multi-channel pathways to meet the increasingly diverse and nutritious food demands of Chinese residents.This paper first reviews the evolution of China's food and agricultural perspectives,explicates the connotations of the"greater agriculture approach"and the"greater food approach",then summarizes the main challenges faced by China's food supply security,and on this basis,presents thoughts and suggestions on building a diversified food supply security system.
