论鼻渊治法应用于儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of children with allergic rhinitis in method of treating nasal abyss

目的 论鼻渊治法应用于儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察。方法 将60例过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组应用张锡纯论鼻渊治法,对照组应用鼻渊通窍颗粒。观察4周后治疗中医证候变化及总有效率。结果 总有效率(96.7%)治疗组高于观察组(80.0%),P<0.05;临床症状评分治疗组高于观察组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 张锡纯论鼻渊治法既能清热泻火,又能理气通窍,清宣郁热可以显著改善过敏性鼻炎儿童的临床症状,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of method of treating nasal abyss on children's allergic rhinitis。Methods A total of 60 allergic rhinitis children were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with discussion on the treatment of Bi Yuan,and the control group with Biyuan Tongqiao granule.The total effective rate and the change of TCM syndrome were observed within 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate(96.7%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that(80.0%)in the observation group(p<0.05),The scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose,sneezing and nasal itching in the treatment group were lower than those in the observation group(p<0.05).Conclusion Zhang Xichun's discussion on the treatment of Bi Yuan can not only clear heat and relieve fire,but also regulate qi and open orifices.qingxuan biyan decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis children and has a significant clinical effect.
