曲安奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的药学分析

Pharmaceutical analysis of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media

目的研究分泌性中耳炎应用曲安奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床功效并对其药学作用开展分析方法分泌性中耳炎患者在2021年4月至2021年12月就诊70例,抽签分配,常规组用药地塞米松,观察组用药曲安奈德+盐酸氨溴索,功效分析。结果分泌性中耳炎患者病症反应改善用时,用时较短为观察组(P<0.05),炎性因子水平、免疫系统功能等,曲安奈德+盐酸氨溴索治疗观察组有极大程度改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后鼓室压、语频气导听阀值均有显著改善,且较常规组良好(P<0.05),相比常规组,观察组预后分泌性中耳炎复发率得到管控(P<0.05)。结论治疗分泌性中耳炎,曲安奈德、盐酸氨溴索做联合使用,可对该病做到有效治疗,治疗后有助于患者听力恢复,抑制其预后疾病复发,功效良好。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media(SOM)and analyze its pharmaceutical effects.Methods Seventy patients with SOM were treated from April 2021 to December 2021,and were allocated by lot.Dexamethasone was used in the conventional group,and triamcinolone acetonide+ambroxol hydrochloride was used in the observation group.Results The symptom response of patients with secretory otitis media was improved in the observation group(P,The recurrence rate of SOM in the observation group was controlled(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of triamcinolone acetonide and ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media can effectively treat the disease,help the patients to recover their hearing after treatment,and inhibit the prognosis of the disease recurrence.
