舌下免疫联合鼻鼽合剂治疗变应性鼻炎患者症状及脱落率的临床观察

Clinical observation on symptoms and shedding rate of sublingual immunization combined with Biqi mixture in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的 观察粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗联合鼻鼽合剂对变应性鼻炎患者临床症状以及脱落率的影响。方法 选取在我科门诊治疗的变应性鼻炎的患者共180例,随机分为对照组90例和治疗组90例。对照组采用常规粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗,治疗组采用粉尘螨滴剂联合鼻鼽合剂治疗。对比两组治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月及1年是的TNSS评分、总有效率以及脱落率。结果 治疗组各时间段的TNSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为98.8%,明显高于对照组的89.1%(P<0.05);治疗组的脱落率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫联合鼻鼽合剂治疗变应性鼻炎能有效改善及控制患者临床症状,并且能明显降低舌下免疫治疗的脱落率。

Objective To observe the effect of sublingual immunotherapy of Dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with Biqi mixture on clinical symptoms and prolapse rate of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 180 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group(n=90)and treatment group(n=90).The control group was treated with routine dust mite drops sublingual immunotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with dust mite drops combined with Biqi mixture.The TNSS score,total effective rate and dropout rate were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment.Results The TNSS score of each time period in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.1%).Conclusion Sublingual immunization with Dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with Biqi mixture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively improve and control the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis and significantly reduce the shedding rate of sublingual immunotherapy.
