摘要
目的探究慢性扁桃体炎采取低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年4月-2022年11月于本院收治的慢性扁桃体炎患者研究,总计98例,按随时数字表法分组,将其均分为2组,对照组接受扁桃体剥离术,观察组接受低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术,比较效果,如手术指标、疼痛程度及炎性因子等。结果①手术指标:相比之对照组,观察组术中出血量、手术用时、伪膜脱落用时更低,对比(P<0.05);②术后疼痛:观察组于术后3d、5d疼痛指数表现出更低的水平,与对照组比(P<0.05);③炎性因子水平:术后,观察组IL-6、CRP数值与之对照组比低(P<0.05);④发音状况:在基频、声压级指标方面,观察组改善效果更高,与对照组比(P<0.05)。结论慢性扁桃体炎采取低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术诊疗效果显著,能够促进病情恢复,缓解疼痛不适,降低炎性效应,利于患者预后,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency for chronic tonsillitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic tonsillitis corrected in our hospital from April 2020 to November 2022 were enrolled in the study,the control group received tonsillectomy,and the observation group received tonsillectomy with low temperature plasma radiofrequency knife.The effects were compared,such as surgical indexes,pain and inflammatory factors.Results operative indexes:compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding,operative time and pseudomembrane shedding were lower in the observation group(p<0.05);②postoperative pain:The Pain Index of the Observation Group was lower on the 3rd and 5th day after operation than that of the control group(p<0.05),③the level of inflammatory factors:after operation,the values of IL-6 and CRP in the Observation Group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05);@pronunciation status:in the basic frequency and sound pressure level,the improvement effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of tonsllectomy with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife for chronic tonsillitis is remarkable,which can promote the recovery of the disease,relieve the pain,reduce the inflammatory effect and benefit the prognosis of the patients.
