低温等离子体系统在扁桃体/腺样体肥大患者手术治疗中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of low temperature plasma system in surgical treatment of tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy patients

目的 探讨扁桃体、腺样体肥大患者行低温等离子体系统治疗的效果及预后情况。方法 于2018年3月—2022年10月阶段采集病例展开研究,对象为62例扁桃体、腺样体肥大患者,“简单随机化方法”分组,组别对照组与观察组,各31例;对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组实施低温等离子体系统治疗;观察手术相关指标,评估术后疼痛程度,统计并发症发生率,统计学方法对比以上数据。结果 与对照组相比,观察组手术用时、术后鼻腔恢复及住院时间更短,术中出血量明显少(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(6.45%vs25.84%),P<0.05。结论 扁桃体、腺样体肥大患者治疗中实行低温等离子体系统手术,相比常规手术治疗,在减少术中出血、减轻术后疼痛方面更具优势,有利于术后伤口恢复,且降低并发症几率,临床疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of low-temperature plasma system therapy for patients with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy.Methods From March,2018 to October,2022,62 patients with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy were collected and studied.They were divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group.Routine operation was performed in the control group,and low-temperature plasma system therapy was performed in the observation group.Observe the operation-related indexes,evaluate the degree of postoperative pain,count the incidence of complications,and compare the above data statistically.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative nasal cavity recovery and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.45vs25.84%),P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional surgery,the lowtemperature plasma system surgery in the treatment of tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy has more advantages in reducing intraoperative bleeding and pain,which is beneficial to the recovery of nasal wound after surgery,and reduces the probability of complications.The clinical effect is definite.
