蝶腭神经节针刺术配合中药治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency cold type

目的分析肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎病人应用中药与蝶聘神经节针刺术配合治疗的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的152例随机分为两组,一组给予中药后配合针刺蝶聘神经节术治疗,中药每天一剂早晚服用一次,针刺一周一次,连续治疗6周。一组单纯给予针刺蝶聘神经节术治疗,一周一次,边缘治疗6周。通过统计分析治疗前、治疗第2,4,6周后后症状、体征评分观察临床疗效。结果治疗后第2周两组间有效率相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05);②治疗后第4,6周后两组间有效率相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);③两组患者治疗前及治疗后第2周VAS评分相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗第4周和第6周后VAS评分相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);④两组患者治疗前及治疗后第2周体征评分相比,均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗第4周和第6周后体征评分相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎病人应用中药与蝶聘神经节针刺术配合治疗可取得突出临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture on patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency cold type.Methods 152 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion.One dose of traditional Chinese medicine was taken in the morning and evening,and acupuncture was conducted once a week for 6 weeks.One group was treated with acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion,once a week,for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed by statistical analysis of symptoms and signs before treatment and after 2,4,6 weeks of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups at the second week after treatment(P>0.05);②there were significant differences between the two groups after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);③there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment at 2 weeks(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in VAS scores after 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);④the two groups of patients had significant differences(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in sign scores before and after treatment(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold-type can achieve outstandingclinical therapeutic effect.
