积极护理干预在碘131治疗甲状腺癌过程中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of active nursing intervention in the treatment of thyroic cancer with iodine 131

目的探讨积极护理干预对于甲状腺癌碘131治疗的影响。方法将2019年1-2022年5月我院接受碘131治疗的62例甲状腺癌患者分为观察组(积极护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各31例,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(93.55%>70.97%)、治疗依从性(96.77%>74.19%)高于对照组(P<0.05)高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.415、4.679,P<0.05),观察组患者的护理后的自我效能感量表(GSES)评分[(35.91±3.02)分>(31.44±3.81)分]、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(83.37±3.54)分>(79.11±4.29)分]高于对照组对照组(t=5.119、4.264,P<0.05),观察组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[(11.42±2.71)分<(14.37±2.64)分]、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分[(8.14±1.45)分<(10.38±1.81)分]低于对照组(t=4.341、5.378,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌患者接受碘131治疗期间,进行积极护理干预,能够改善患者的身心状态,充分保障治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore the effect of active nursing intervention on the treatment of thyroid cancer iodine-131.Methods A total of 62 patients with thyroid cancer who received iodine-131 treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were divided into observation group(active nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing)with 31 cases each,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction(93.55%>70.97%)and treatment compliance(96.77%>74.19%)of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05)(χ^(2)=5.415,4.679,P<0.05).The GSES score[(35.91±3.02)points>(31.44±3.81)points]and SF-36 score[(83.37±3.54)points>(79.11±4.29)points]of observation group were higher than those of control group(t=5.119,4.264,P<0.05),The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score[(11.42±2.71)points<(14.37±2.64)points]and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score[(8.14±1.45)points<(10.38±1.81)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t-4.341,5.378,P<0.05).Conclusion Active nursing intervention during the treatment of iodine-131 for thyroid cancer patients can improve the physical and mental state of patients and fully guarantee the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
