突发性耳聋患者实施心理诱导护理的干预效果

Effect of psychological induction nursing on patients with sudden deafness

目的 分析心理诱导护理模式在突发性耳聋患者护理中的可行性。方法 选择医院于2021年1月-2021年12月间收治的100例突发性耳聋患者,经随机数字表法分组,其中对照组患者(n=50)接受常规护理,观察组则接受心理诱导护理+常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者的不良情绪评分优于对照组(P<0.05);患者生活质量评分显示,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者康复情况比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理诱导护理模式符合突发性耳聋患者护理干预需求,成为促进康复的重要手段,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of psychologically induced nursing model in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided by random number table,among which the control group patients(n=50)received routine care,and the observation group received psychological induction care+routine care to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The bad mood score of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the patient QoL score showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).To compare the recovery of the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological induced nursing model meets the needs of sudden deafness patients and becomes an important means to promote rehabilitation.
