优质护理干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的效果研究

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on oral mucosa reaction induced by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的 探究优质护理干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应改善的效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年5月本院收治的64例鼻咽癌患者临床资料,按照护理干预模式差异将其分为2组,32例行鼻咽癌放疗基础护理纳入基础组,32例行鼻咽癌放疗优质护理纳入优质组,对2组护理效果进行分析。结果 与基础组比较,优质组临床总有效率更高,口腔黏膜反应程度更轻,疼痛评分与负面情绪评分更低,P均<0.05。结论 鼻咽癌患者放射治疗过程中实施优质护理干预可有效减轻口腔黏膜反应程度,同时优质护理干预利于患者疼痛缓解与负面情绪改善。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the improvement of oral mucosal response caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the difference of nursing intervention mode,they were divided into 2 groups:32 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy basic nursing were included in the basic group,and 32 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy high-quality nursing were included in the high-quality group.The nursing effects of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the basic group,the high quality group had a higher total clinical effective rate,a lighter degree of oral mucosal reaction,and a lower score of pain and negative emotion(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the process of radiotherapy for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively reduce the degree of oral mucosal reaction,and at the same time,high-quality nursing intervention is beneficial to patients'pain relief and negative emotion improvement.
