对鼻窦炎患者实施围手术期无缝隙护理干预的效果观察及VAS评分影响评价

Observation of the effect of seamless nursing intervention in perioperative period in patients with sinusitis and evaluation of the influence of VAs score

目的 评估无缝隙护理干预应用在鼻窦炎患者围手术期中的效果及对视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的影响。方法 纳入2021年1月—2022年4月接诊且行手术治疗的77例鼻窦炎患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入39例,提供常规围手术期护理干预)、观察组(纳入38例,提供无缝隙护理干预),评价组间生存质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)、VAS、心理评分、满意度。结果(1)干预后,观察组GQOL-74更高,VAS、心理评分更低,P<0.05;(2)较之对照组,观察组心理疏导、住院环境、健康教育、礼仪服务评分更高,P<0.05。结论 对鼻窦炎患者实施无缝隙护理干预,能够提高生活质量、心理健康程度、满意度,并且可以减轻疼痛感,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of seamless nursing intervention in patients with sinusitis during perioperative period and its influence on visual analog scale(VAS).Method A total of 77 patients with sinusitis who received treatment and underwent surgical treatment from January 2021 to April 2022 were included and divided into control group(39 patients included and provided routine perioperative nursing intervention)and observation group(38 patients included and provided seamless nursing intervention)according to random number table method.The inter-group Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(GQOL-74),VAS,psychological scores and satisfaction were evaluated.Results(1)After intervention,GQOL-74 was higher and VAS and psychological scores were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the scores of psychological counseling,hospitalization environment,health education and etiquette service in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing intervention for patients with sinusitis can improve the quality of life,mental health degree,satisfaction,and can reduce the sense of pain,worthy of promotion.
