耳鼻喉门诊内镜室医院感染危险因素剖析及干预措施分析

Analysis of Risk Factors and Intervention Measures of Nosocomial Infection in Endoscope Room of Otolaryngology Clinic

目的 剖析导致耳鼻喉门诊的内镜室发生医院感染的危险因素,并提出相应的干预措施。方法 选择2021年11月~2022年11月期间在本医院耳鼻喉门诊内镜室接受诊疗服务的105例患者,回顾分析其感染情况,将发生医院感染的5例患者设为研究组,将未发生医院感染的100例患者设为对照组。对比两组的患者的性别、年龄、诊疗季节、内镜消毒规范与否、是否合并其他疾病等资料,通过单因素分析法和多因素Logistics回顾分析法来分析导致耳鼻喉门诊的内镜室发生医院感染的危险因素。结果 单因素分析法和多因素Logistics回顾分析法均指出:年龄、诊疗季节、内镜消毒规范与否、是否合并其他疾病是导致耳鼻喉门诊的内镜室发生医院感染的危险因素。结论 在耳鼻喉门诊的内镜室收治的患者中,年龄超过60岁、诊疗季节为夏季、内镜消毒欠规范、合并其他疾病者更容易发生医院感染,临床应针对这些危险因素进行干预管理,以降低医院感染的发生风险。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in endoscopy room of ENT clinic,and put forward the corresponding intervention measures.Methods One hundred and five patients who received diagnosis and treatment services in the endoscopy room of otolaryngology clinic of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected to retrospectively analyze their infection situation.Five patients with nosocomial infection were set as the study group,and 1oo patients without nosocomial infection were set as the control group.The gender,age,diagnosis and treatment season,endoscope disinfection standard or not,whether complicated with other diseases and other data of patients in the two groups were compared.The risk factors of nosocomial infection in endoscope room of ENT clinic were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistics retrospective analysis.Results Univariate and multivariate logistic analysis showed that:Age,diagnosis and treatment season,endoscope disinfection standard or not,whether combined with other diseases are the risk factors of nosocomial infection in endoscopy room of ENT clinic.Conclusion In the endoscopy room of ENT clinic,patients with age over 60 years,diagnosis and treatment season in summer,less standard endoscope disinfection and other diseases are more likely to have nosocomial infection,Clinical intervention and management should be carried out according to these risk factors to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
